    We start with a written intake and a 30-minute virtual session (15 minutes for conversation, 15 for movement assessment) to understand your goals, movement history, and current needs.

  • 3 Private 1:1 Coaching Sessions
    Live, one-on-one sessions to guide your movement practice with personalized support. We’ll focus on proper form, building technique, and developing confidence in your body.

  • Weekly Customized Movement Plans
    Your plan is tailored to your goals, preferences, and schedule. Designed to be clear, sustainable, and effective—whether you’re a beginner or rebuilding after time off.

  • Clear Workout Programs
    Delivered via email or text, each plan includes concise instructions and short clarifying videos to make following your routine easy and accessible.

  • Goal Setting, Progress Tracking & Accountability
    We’ll work together to set achievable goals, track progress in a shared doc, and adapt as needed so you stay motivated—without pressure.

Step 1: Connect
We’ll connect to see if this is the right fit.

Step 2: Intake & Assessment
Once you book, you’ll fill out your intake form and schedule your virtual session. This includes a 30 minute virtual session: broken into 15 minutes of conversation and 15 minutes of guided movement assessment.

Step 3: Get Started
You’ll receive your first custom movement plan within 24 hours of your session. Then we begin your coaching sessions and weekly support!

Coaching Timeline & Ongoing Support
Your coaching timeline is tailored to fit your unique goals and lifestyle. Many clients make meaningful progress within 1–3 months, but lasting change often takes longer. You can start with just one month or continue as long as you like—ongoing coaching offers deeper growth, stronger resilience, and ongoing support that adapts to your needs. Together, we’ll build sustainable habits that truly stick, without pressure or quick fixes.
