Step 1: Intake
Once we confirm we’re a good fit, you’ll receive an intake form by email. Share any information you feel is important for your goals— and please note that everything is held without judgment & with care. You’ll also have the option to send videos of 3 basic exercises so Anna can tailor your plan to address any muscle imbalances.Step 2: Personalized Plan
Anna will thoughtfully design your custom program based on your intake. You’ll receive your first week’s plan within five days of submitting your form and optional videos.Step 3: Get Started!
When your plan arrives in your client calendar, you’re ready to begin! It’s normal to feel a range of emotions at this stage. Whatever you’re feeling is welcome here & Anna will be right there with you. -
