With Deeper Dive 1:1 Coaching, you’ll receive a fully personalized movement and meditation plan, updated weekly in your own online client calendar. Life has its natural ups and downs, and your movement journey will, too. The calendar becomes our shared space to navigate these fluctuations together, celebrate progress, and adjust as needed. Anna provides thoughtful feedback and encouragement every step of the way.

    Step 1: Intake
    Once we confirm we’re a good fit, you’ll receive an intake form by email. Share any information you feel is important for your goals— and please note that everything is held without judgment & with care.

    Step 2: Personalized Plan
    Anna will thoughtfully design your custom workout and meditation program based on your intake. You’ll receive your first week’s plan within five days of submitting your form.

    Step 3: Get Started!
    When your plan arrives in your client calendar, you’re ready to begin! It’s normal to feel a range of emotions at this stage. Whatever you’re feeling is welcome here & Anna is here to guide you toward more joyful, sustainable movement.
