Seasonal Support consists of 3-weeks of in-depth, interactive Movement Training

How it Works.
Each week you receive a unique-to-you, completely personalized & progressive exercise plan crafted by Anna. Seasonal Support includes access to communication options, including a weekly 15-minute check-in, as well as access to consistent text communication (for workout reminders, accountability & problem-solving). If desired, Seasonal Support provides the opportunity to dive into structured mindfulness exercises to further deepen your relationship with the physical body & nature.
Details.
To see if we’re a match, we begin with a free 10-minute consultation via text or phone call. Upon moving forward, you will receive an intake form which invites you to explore your physical & emotional relationship to exercise, your future goals & desires. Based on the information provided from the intake, Anna will curate your first personalized, progressive exercise plan.
Plans vary vastly client-to-client. A weekly program may include anything from: small-space strength training, yoga, hike routes, mobility & injury prevention exercises, qigong, dance, guided meditations, written reflection exercises, etc.
Pdfs, audio content, videos, and/or written plans may be included depending on the individual & their circumstances
