About.
Anna brings a unique blend of knowledge to her work, drawing from her intensive teacher training in Trauma-Informed Mindfulness Meditation at UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center and her Personal Trainer education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Anna’s understanding of exercise goes beyond physical movement as she delves into the underlying barriers that can hold us back from achieving our goals. She offers practical tools to support lasting, meaningful change that compassionately honors both the physical & mental. Her approach to fitness is further enriched by her personal experience living in the high desert backcountry, adventuring in nature, trail running & racing, and navigating bouts of chronic pain. These experiences deepen her empathy and insight into the challenges her clients face.
