With a joyful attitude & a love for movement, Anna guides clients in unique, holistic exercise programs, fully crafted for each individual.

Over time, we explore the development of strength, balance, & mobility, as well as the cultivation of a compassionate relationship to the body. We work together to enhance easeful movement patterns & to reach your goals in whatever body & circumstances you may currently be living.
