A 5-Week Movement Mentoring Program

To see if we’re a match, we begin with a free 10-minute consultation via text or phone call

Upon moving forward, you will receive an intake form which will allow you to explore your physical & emotional relationship to exercise, your future goals & desires. This will be shared with Anna, to the extent you’re comfortable.

The Personalized Plan

Next, based on the information provided from the intake, Anna will curate your personalized exercise plan. These plans vary vastly client-to-client depending on needs, desires, & current body circumstances. A plan may include anything from:

  • 2-6 Small-Space, effective workouts (in the form of written exercises or guided video referrals, to meet the needs of different learning styles)

  • 2 Outdoor Movement Days with suggestions of hiking, biking, strolling, swimming routes in your area

  • 1-3 Guided Active Recovery & Stretch Days

  • A Grounding 6-Minute Audio Meditation

  • 1-3 Intentionally Scheduled Days Off

Anna will be available via text-messaging and email throughout the week to problem-solve, remind you of your workouts, check-in about your movement form, & answer questions.

Seasonal Support includes all of the “Deeper Dive” Program, and also takes the current natural season into consideration, as we go through a 5-week cycle of movement practices together. This rhythm offers clients the invitation to deepen their relationship to the natural world, plants, & animals around them, wherever they may be located. If of interest, clients are encouraged to focus on connecting more fully to their own body’s patterns & wisdom, through exercise.

Details

Programs are emailed in weekly-increments, as to keep the exercises digestible. Each week is unique & concise. Actual amount of time, moves, & type of workout varies greatly dependent upon client’s schedule, learning-style, & needs. A daily program may include (and is not limited to): high intensity interval training, yoga, outdoor adventures & hikes, small-space strength-training, mobility & injury prevention exercises, qigong, dance, etc. Pdfs, audio content, videos, and/or written plans may be included depending on your learning-style & preferences
