How it Works.
Meetings are held via phone, zoom-messaging, or video-call. Clients pick the option which best enhances their learning & is most suited for their current internet & living arrangements.
Details.
Prior to meeting, clients are emailed an intake form. This is an invitation for reflection regarding your relationship to exercise. The information provided from the intake, will help shape our session.
Deeper Dive meetings vary client to client & session to session. During a meeting we may explore: your movement patterns (posture & form), a potential new workout or movement routine, tips & tricks to inspire authentic motivation (straying away from guilt & shame-based methods).
Clients report coming away feeling refreshed & confident with their next independent workout steps after Deeper Dive Sessions with Anna.
