    The Movement Foundations Program Includes:

    —Written & Live Virtual Intake and Assessment
    We’ll a clear picture of your current movement patterns, goals, and needs with a written intake followed 30 minute live assessment.

    — Three 1:1 Virtual Exercise Sessions
    Work directly with Anna to learn proper form, refine technique, and build confidence. (More sessions available as optional add-ons.)

    —Weekly Personalized Movement Program
    Each week, you’ll receive a visually simple & clear, guided exercise plan sent to your phone or email. It’s designed to support your long-term fitness goals & evolve through gradual, sustainable progress. Every program is tailored to your individual preferences—making movement enjoyable, or at the very least, manageable (even for those who don’t love exercise). No cookie-cutter workouts here—your plan is uniquely yours.

    Expect a thoughtful mix of mobility, balance, endurance, and strength training—built to suit your body, resources, and your goals.

    Since I specialize in Corrective Exercise, your plan will also include Corrective Programming. This component is based on your virtual assessment and is designed to address your specific movement patterns. The goal? To improve efficiency, reduce discomfort, enhance function in daily life and athletic performance, and lower your risk of future injury.

    It’s not just about working out—it’s about moving better, feeling better, and building a foundation for long-term wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Anna.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Strength Coach, and Meditation Teacher. My training approach is holistic and deeply individualized — honoring the nervous system, lived experience, and client preferences & autonomy.

Rooted in science and shaped by years of my own training, racing, and recovery in the high desert backcountry, I understand both the empowerment and the struggles of a lifelong movement journey.

This work goes beyond aesthetic goals. I support clients in releasing shame, reshaping eating patterns, reconnecting with their bodies, and building strength, joy, and confidence. All in ways that are sustainable and deeply individualized. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all workout plans. I offer partnership, guidance, and support as you create a practice that works for your life and evolves with you.
