In an intake, we gather pertinent information about your past & present exercise experiences, as well as your future aspirations regarding fitness and a positive relationship to body. Your plan is crafted to be simple & effective. A Getting Rooted program can be enjoyed for weeks, with room for progression & development as you get stronger in body and mind. Intake. After purchase, you will be emailed a link to your intake form. This is where Anna gets to know you! Everything you choose to share is held in kindness, without judgement & in confidentiality. Anna looks forward to meeting you & all that you bring to the table!
Pause. With the intake in mind, Anna will craft your fun, personalized, and lifestyle-specific workout/meditation routine. Upon sending your completed intake to Anna, you can expect to receive your Getting Rooted program within 5-7 business days. She loves creating these plans and allows ample time for a thoughtful creation process.
