A 6-Minute Mindful Movement Routine

Format: 2 minute standing meditation, followed by 4 minutes of gentle movements which focus on increasing body-awareness, mobility, and fluidity in the joints, muscles, and mind. Connect to sounds & sights of nature & the body, from your computer screen.

Suggested Use: any time of day or before your exercise, to reconnect to the body. As a grounding tool upon waking or sleep.
