Movement Foundations Program.

1:1 Custom Personal Training - Build New Strength that Lasts.

A personalized movement program designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body, at your own pace.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • WEEKLY CUSTOM MOVEMENT PLANS. You’ll receive an easy-to-follow exercise plan each week—designed to meet your goals, abilities, and lifestyle. We’ll target mobility, stability, and strength, helping you move better, progress safely, and build a strong, resilient foundation for the activities you love.

  • ONGOING ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORTIVE CHECK-INS. Stay on track with ongoing accountability through regular check-ins in our shared Google Doc, with optional communication via the built-in chat. You’re welcome to ask questions, send videos for form feedback, and note challenges as they come up. I review logs and messages on business days and provide thoughtful guidance and progressive program updates on a weekly basis as you grow and evolve. Learn more!

  • VIRTUAL KICKOFF SESSION. This one-time onboarding session is designed to set you up for long-term success and serves as your initial coaching session. During our 50-minute virtual meeting, we’ll discuss your goals, assess your current movement patterns, and begin your personalized exercise program so you feel confident and clear on how to move forward!

  • PRIVATE 1:1 MOVEMENT COACHING SESSION. After your first month, your program includes one 30-minute private virtual coaching session each month. These sessions are used to refine form and technique, review progress, and make thoughtful adjustments so your program continues to support your goals and real life. Most clients find this monthly session provides plenty of guidance and reassurance as they move through their program. If you’d like additional real-time support, optional 30-minute or 50-minute virtual coaching sessions are available. These add-on sessions are intended for occasional use—such as during transitions, periods of change, or when you want more hands-on feedback—rather than as a requirement for progress.

About.

Hi, I’m Anna.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach, Strength Coach, and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. My training approach is holistic and deeply individualized — honoring the nervous system, lived experience, and client preferences and autonomy.

Rooted in science and shaped by years of my own training, racing, and recovery in the high desert backcountry, I understand both the empowerment and the challenges that come with a lifelong movement journey.

This work goes beyond aesthetic goals. What sets my coaching apart is a focus on compassionate, sustainable change that supports your whole self and honors who you are—rather than trying to fit you into a box, fix flaws, or conform to any specific body or mind-type.

Since 2019, I’ve supported clients in building exercise confidence, reshaping eating patterns, reconnecting to their bodies with respect, and cultivating relative strength, ease, and enjoyment throughout the process. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all workout plans; I offer partnership, guidance, and support as you create new long-term practices that fit your life and evolve with you.
