Policy Acknowledgment

By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following policies regarding sessions and program purchases with Anna Sea:

VIRTUAL SESSIONS:

I may request to reschedule a virtual session by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. (Example: If my session is at 2:00 PM on Friday, I must contact Anna before 2:00 PM on Wednesday to reschedule.) Sessions CANNOT BE CANCELED and are non-refundable once booked. If I request to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not show up to my session, it will be considered forfeited. NO-SHOWS or late reschedule requests will NOT be refunded or rescheduled. While session reminders may be provided, I understand that it is my sole responsibility to track and attend scheduled sessions. If Anna Sea needs to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost to me.

PROGRAM PURCHASES:

I understand that ALL session & program purchases are final. I understand that once a monthly plan is purchased, NO refunds will be issued. This policy exists because Anna has already dedicated thought, time, and preparation to developing my program. Missed sessions, personal scheduling conflicts, or changes in availability do not qualify for refunds or credit. I am responsible for attending all scheduled sessions and requesting any reschedules with at least 48 hours’ notice.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

If I arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Extra time will not be added to accommodate a late start. If I am more than 15 minutes late without communication, the session may be considered a no-show and will be forfeited.

NO SHOW POLICY:

A no-show means I missed my scheduled session without advance notice. No-shows are forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, or rescheduled. One missed session does not extend the duration of my program or plan.

CONFIRMATION OF AGREEMENT:

I confirm that: I have read and understood all policies stated above. I agree to the 48-hour rescheduling requirement, and I understand that NO cancellations or refunds will be granted. Once a monthly plan is purchased, there are no refunds, as Anna has already dedicated thought and time to your program. I accept these terms as a condition of participating in services with Anna Sea.
