Working Dog Mama:

This sample Athlete is a busy working dog mama. She has access to a gym at her workplace. She aims to integrate more strength training into her routine to enhance her weekly hiking experience with her very active & beloved dog.

She generally has time for a 1-HR movement session each day, but likes to have options for rest days when life gets too hectic. With this in mind, we always designate Monday as Rest & Reflection days, and 2-additional optional rest days.

During work trips, we include brief band and bodyweight strength workouts, walks, and yoga classes, as she enjoys exploring new studios while traveling.

Thanks to her program's flexibility and achievable consistency, Working Dog Mama now feels confident tackling challenging hikes and small backpacking trips with her pup—adventures she never thought possible before coaching. As she evolves and her schedule shifts, her program will adapt and develop accordingly.

Traveling Kayaker:

This adventure-loving Sample-Athlete is embarking on a year-long journey in his van. His primary goals include having a diverse strength plan that is convenient to practice in small spaces, with limited equipment. The majority of his travels include kayaking adventures, so he aims to maintain upper-body strength and mobility while also reducing shoulder tension.

His program generally includes a brief M/T/Th/F strength & mobility routine. He relishes in the simplicity of these circuits, as this structure feels achievable for his schedule & frees his mind from the need to deliberate over what type of strength exercises to practice.

Lastly, this client receives journaling prompts and guided meditations. These tools are designed to tackle any underlying resistance to exercise during periods of low motivation, which he has struggled with in the past. Through this approach, he cultivates a steadfast, enduring exercise routine, enhancing his ease and delight of his treasured kayaking and travel escapades.
