I created this illustrated workbook as a supplementary resource for my personal training clients & students in my mindfulness meditation classes. It serves as a concise guide to help enhance emotional awareness skills, develop self-soothing techniques, to foster self-acceptance, and to live in accordance with your values & goals. We all need support in these areas from time to time! At least, I know I do!
The majority of the booklet consists of reflection pages, or your “Daily Visits.” These are brief, 2-minute reflection exercises for both morning and evening.
Use this time as a personal refuge—whether that means sipping your coffee, holding your cat, lighting candles, sitting outside, listening to music, or enjoying a favorite snack while you write. Whatever create a supportive environment for YOU.
At the back of the booklet, you'll find motivational quotes, a values activity and an exercise to help you chase those big, scary dreams waiting to be uncovered!
