WHAT’S THE PLAN? Getting Rooted consists of individualized, weekly movement, self-compassion, & mindfulness practices shared with you in a written calendar format. The particulars of practices & exercises are based on the information you choose to share in your intake form.

We focus on practices that add joy & stability to your life and contribute to your overall long-term wellbeing, rather than trying “fix,” alter, or control the dynamic human body.

This is a one-week program designed to be repeated over the course of a few months, with progressive options available. This is not Anna’s 1:1 coaching! This plan is great for folks who want movement structure at the gym, at home, or traveling, through a simple & supportive, individualized self-care mind/body routine backed by current neuroscience & exercise-science research.

WHAT’S THE PROCESS? After purchase, you’ll receive the intake form via email. Once you complete the form, Anna will craft your fun, personalized, and lifestyle-specific workout/meditation routine. You can expect to receive your plan within 10 days of sending your completed intake to Anna (though usually the process is much faster). She loves creating these plans and allows ample time for a thoughtful creation process.
