With Deeper Dive 1:1 Coaching, a completely customized movement & meditation plan is updated weekly through an online client calendar. Like in all areas of life, fluctuations are natural in a movement journey! We utilize the calendar space for collaborative navigation of inevitable ups & downs. This is also where Anna provides abundant positive feedback and reflections regarding your progress!

Intake. After confirming our compatibility, you'll receive a link to your intake form via email. This is where you share any information that you feel is pertinent to achieving your body goals. Rest assured, everything you choose to share is held without judgment & in confidentiality.
Pause. With your intake in mind, Anna will design your completely personalized initial workout and meditation program. You can expect to receive the first week of your plan within 5 days of submitting your completed intake form to Anna. She takes pleasure in crafting these plans and ensures ample time for a thoughtful creation process.
Get Movin’ & Groovin! So you've received your first movement and mindfulness plan in the client calendar? Hooray! Let's kick off this adventure! Before embarking on any new program, it's natural to feel a mix of emotions—excitement, doubt, anxiety, fear, or vulnerability are all common at this stage. Rest assured that whatever you're feeling, whatever you're going through, you are welcome here. Anna is here to support you on your journey to joyful movement!
