suggestions for relevant books, videos, and further resources on body-image, strength, mobility, and mindfulness when relevant.
WHAT’S THE PROCESS? After purchase, you’ll receive the intake form via email. Once you complete the form, Anna will craft your very first workout/meditation routine. You can expect to receive your plan within 4-5 days of sending your completed intake to Anna.
