Each of Anna’s meditation classes has their own unique focus & flavor. Teachings are often catered to folks who:
are beginners to meditation
wish to deepen self-compassion & self-trust
struggle with injury, chronic pain, or mobility
athletes, artists, adventurers, & nature lovers
Anna’s most recent offerings have included monthly Mindful Monday Meditation classes, an online Self-Compassion Retreat, and a month-long Introductory Mindfulness Meditation for Artists & Athletes of all abilities.
