    This workout plan is creatively crafted to fit your needs, desires, & lifestyle. The Getting Rooted option fills the need for those who want to follow an effective exercise program, yet also want more than the generic, standardized exercise plans often found online.

  • How it Works.

    Getting Rooted begins with an intake form. This form is an invitation for you to explore your physical & emotional relationship to exercise, as well as your future wishes & goals.

    Based on information from the intake, Anna will curate your personalized exercise plan. While these plans vary vastly client-to-client depending on needs, desires, & current body circumstances, a plan may include anything from:

    • 2-6 Small-Space, effective workouts or movement activities

    • 1-3 Guided Active Recovery & Stretch Days

    • 1-3 Intentionally Scheduled Days Off

    Along with the structured calendar, written exercises, guided video or audio links are often provided to meet the needs of different learning styles.

Details.

After Anna receives your intake form, she will thoughtfully craft your unique movement calendar! This process generally takes about 48-72 hours, before arrival to your email inbox.

The plan is easy to view on a phone & computer. Or print out to hang visibly on the wall, or take to gym.
