2-Minute Morning Mobility
Start the day (and 2024!) feeling a little more awake & alive!
HOW: Experiment with spending 30 seconds flowing through each move. That’s only 2 minutes, total! Repeat as desired. Perhaps even on a weekly basis to see some long-term shifts.
Move in whatever way feels supportive, comfortable, and good for your unique body. Wear your comfort clothes (or work clothes), blast your favorite music or listen to the traffic or birds, play around, make mistakes, & look silly!
WHY: To assist in opening & releasing tight hips & back, strengthen the core & low body. And in the process… maybe have a few seconds of fun!
