FULL BODY STANDING STRENGTH #1

What? A Standing Strength Sesh for home, trailhead, travel, or gym!

Why? This has been a morning staple during a busy & dusty season in the desert backcountry. We wanted to maintain some strength & balance for physically demanding activities from trail running to truck mechanic work & pouring concrete… but without mouths full of dust from workouts on the ground.
